John's educational background in Food Service Management, obtained from SUNY Canton, laid the foundation for his expansive career. Further honing his skills, he attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where he developed a comprehensive perspective of the industry.
Prior to joining Lessing's, John played similar roles in predecessor companies, showcasing his versatility and expertise in multiple facets of food service management. A significant part of his professional journey is marked by the enduring relationships he has built with clients, many of which have flourished for nearly twenty years. This longevity in client relationships underscores John's commitment to excellence and his ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.
A lifelong resident of Rochester, John's roots in the community run deep. He resides there with his wife of 32 years, alongside their adult children.
