Since joining Lessing's Food Service in 2011, Billy Johnson has been instrumental in managing and growing the company's operations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. As the Regional Director of Operations, his leadership has been crucial in overseeing a broad range of accounts, including community colleges, corporate entities, and various business sectors like software, insurance, and telecommunications in the Northeast.

Billy’s expertise lies in streamlining operations, enhancing sales, and implementing effective cost control strategies. These efforts have consistently driven growth and improved service quality across the board. His role also encompasses financial management, ensuring transparency and efficiency in every financial aspect of the operations.

Prior to his tenure at Lessing's, Billy served as the Regional Director for Next Generation Food Service. Here, he managed over 40 accounts, demonstrating his capability to handle large-scale operations and complex logistical challenges.

Billy's professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the food service industry. His approach to team management, particularly in recruiting, hiring, and training, has built a strong foundation for the operational teams under his guidance.

Billy lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his family. He's a big fan of all Boston sports teams and enjoys staying active and fit. When he's not at work, you'll often find him relaxing at the beach, a perfect balance to his busy professional life.
